Let me say that, as an "absentee landlord/homeowner" I'm always
nervous about dealing with people I haven't personally met. This is
particularly true when those people are meddling with systems that
could, if messed up, shut down your whole operation. You asked for
comments on your "products." In my case, your "products” have
performed as promised both by you and the manufacturer. However
pristine the performance though, your products are secondary to the
delivery systems that install them. That means you guys. You delivered
to every promise implied or explicit. I thanked you then. I thank you

We had a Reionator Classic installed approximately one month ago (12-06-04) we just love it. We are on city PSD water and everyone that comes over to our home now makes a comment on how good the water taste and feels. We had called Royal Water and Jim came out that same evening and visited with Linda and myself. Jim tested the water and explained what we needed and what we DIDN'T NEED and how much it would cost and when he could install the equipment. Very unlike one of their competitor that tried to sell us something we didn't need. Jim and his son installed the Reionator when he said they would and we just love the water that comes out of it. We had a air injection system installed to address high iron and sulfur content in our well water. We have been very satisfied with the system and its operation, and Jim has been very responsive to questions we have had, and to the few times we have needed help. Royal Water Treatment installed our maintenance free air injection system just over a 6 years ago (9-01), and we couldn't be happier with our water quality. Our previous system was temperamental (regular breakdowns) and had to be replenished with potassium permanganate (very nasty an expensive stuff). We now don't have to worry about running our well dry with having the Duke storage system. We use a secondary artisan well when we need to and the UV light you provided gives us peace of mind that all the bad stuff in the water is taken care of. I'm still amazed at the air injection iron remover. With this the iron is gone and you really cut down on salt use. The reionator takes care of all of our water hardness. It is so great to have good drinking water without all the chemicals, etc used in most other water systems.
