Q. Are the meals sold individually?
A. No, currently APack™ Ready Meals are sold in case form only. Each case contains 12 meals (2 each of 6 different varieties).
Q. How many cases should I buy?
A. To figure out how many cases you need, use this simple formula: 2 meals per day per person for 72 hours. Therefore, one case (12 meals) is enough food for 2 people for 72 hours, 2 cases is enough for 4 people, etc.
Q. Is there a limit on how many cases can be purchased?
A. If you want to order 48 or more cases, you'll need to call us for volume

Q. Are there storage requirements for Ready Meals?
A. Yes, they should be stored in a dry environment at a temperature of 80 degrees or less. They do not require refrigeration.
Q. How long do they last? Is there an expiration date?
A. APack™ Ready Meals have an extended shelf life when stored in the proper conditions (as noted above). We do not put an expiration date on our cases or individual packs because the shelf life varies based upon storage conditions. Each case and individual pack contains a production date code similar to "9125".
Q. How do I read the production date code?
A. Review the package for a series of numbers that resembles "9125". The 9 represents the year (2009) and the "125" represents the day (125th). Thus, the meal's date of production is the 125th day of 2009.

A. Orders may only be exchanged if they are damaged during shipping. No returns will be accepted.
